We’re a small, family-owned bistro passionate about organic, high-integrity food. This season, we’ve focused our menu on what we do best: organic crepes and New Zealand-style real fruit ice cream, crafted with care and clean ingredients.

After years of eating out and feeling foggy, bloated, and drained, we realized food should truly nourish. By keeping our menu simple, we ensure freshness, quality, and integrity—without compromise.

🌿 What Makes Us Different

We proudly use:

  • Organic A2 dairy & pasture-raised eggs (Alexandre, Straus, Azure Standard)

  • Cold-pressed olive oil & unrefined coconut oil

  • Expeller-pressed sesame oil in house-made sauces

  • Local, seasonal produce whenever possible

  • Air fryer for crisp, delicious dishes without excess oil

We never use MSG, seed oils, artificial additives, or conventional dairy. Every ingredient is chosen for integrity, nutrition, and flavor.

🌱 Our Food Philosophy

Food should be:

  • Clean – made without compromise

  • Nourishing – for body, soul, and spirit

  • Respectful – to the land, farmers, and future generations

We compost or repurpose food scraps, and all prices include tax for simplicity. As a fully owner-operated business, we’re personally involved in every dish.

⚠️ Gluten-Free Crepe Update (Effective May 20, 2025)

  • We’ve discontinued gluten-free crepes due to sourcing and kitchen limitations.

  • Many menu items are gluten-friendly, but:

    • Meals are prepared in a shared space

    • We cannot guarantee zero cross-contact

    • Not recommended for severe gluten allergies

👨‍🍳 Meet Our Chef: James M. Giaudrone

James discovered his love for cooking at age four. He trained under Chef Joe Vallone and earned Top Cook of the 1st Marine Division, preparing meals for thousands of Marines. He has cooked for legends like Randy Travis and Barnes & Noble co-founder Mr. Barnes.

Meeting Yumi transformed his approach to food. Her plant-based lifestyle and dedication to wellness inspired him to embrace organic focused, clean ingredients. Yumi’s expertise in IT, HR, and Accounting ensures their dream is built on passion, smart operations, and seamless technology.

Together, they founded Le Testimony Organic Bistro, a place where food, faith, and family come together. Their son, Yisrael, thriving on an organic diet, is living proof of their mission.

Every dish we serve reflects our values: the power of clean food, the strength of faith in Jesus Christ, and the unshakable love of family. This is our testimony.
