We never use MSG, seed oils, artificial additives, or conventional dairy. Every ingredient is chosen for integrity, nutrition, and flavor.

OUR STORY
James discovered his love for cooking at age four. He trained under Chef Joe Vallone and earned Top Cook of the 1st Marine Division, preparing meals for thousands of Marines. He has cooked for legends like Randy Travis and Barnes & Noble co-founder Mr. Barnes.
Meeting Yumi transformed his approach to food. Her plant-based lifestyle and dedication to organic living inspired a new chapter β one where every ingredient tells a story and every dish is prepared with purpose.
Together, with Yumiβs expertise in IT, HR, and Accounting, they built Le Testimony from the ground up β rooted in food, faith, and family.
Their son Yisrael, raised on clean food from birth, is their greatest inspiration and the heart of this mission.
Every dish reflects what we believe: clean food heals, faith sustains, and family is everything.

A NOTE ON GLUTEN
Many of our menu items are naturally gluten-friendly. That said, our kitchen is a shared space and we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. We donβt recommend dining with us if you have a severe gluten allergy. As of May 2025, weβve discontinued dedicated gluten-free crepes due to sourcing limitations β thank you for your grace and understanding.
