If you are looking to hire a chef for home, Chef James may be able to prep the bulk side of items and bring over to serve onsite as well. He has prepared for 200 + in the past. He is currently working on a new catering menu with a few options that are easier to source for the season, but other options will be discussed for special occasions. Please email us.
